Inspired by the capital's iconic design Based on the very special and iconic Copenhagen green, known from gates, street doors and the more than 4,000 benches around the capital, we, together with adidas, are taking the design of the Lions' player jerseys to an unprecedented level.
This is reflected in the design of the shirt, which stems from the green color, which has been clearly present in the street scene since the 19th century, especially in Frederiksberg, and which has since become almost defining for the city's expression and Copenhagen's identity.
In addition to the Copenhagen green color and the iconic pattern inspired by the city's design elements, the typography of the shirt print, inspired by Copenhagen street signs, is also adapted to the overall expression.
