TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to products, including articles and services, purchased through FCKfanshop.dk.
When shopping on this website, you accept the terms and conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read these terms and conditions thoroughly before shopping.
GENERAL INFORMATION
F.C. København P/S (central business reg. no. 43 95 21 61), located at the address Per Henrik Lings Allé 2, 2100 Copenhagen.
In the following, F.C. København P/S will be referred to as “F.C. København” and/or “FCK”.
PRICES
All prices on FCKFanshop.dk are fixed and stated in Danish kroner (DKK), inclusive of VAT when relevant. The price stated on FCKfanshop.dk is the price you have to pay for the product.
EU
In connection with sales to private persons in the EU, the price for the product is the fixed price stated on FCKfanshop.dk. VAT is settled in accordance with the rules on VAT applicable in your country of delivery, without the price of the product changing for you.
Outside the EU
In connection with sales to private persons outside the EU (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands), the product is exempt from VAT in Denmark. However, the price of the product is still the sales price stated on FCKfanshop.dk. You are responsible for payment of any customs duty and import duty in the receiving country.
CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
All information about products on FCKFanshop.dk is merely an invitation to make an offer. When purchasing products, you accept that your order is an offer to purchase the products stated on your order confirmation. All purchase orders are conditional on our acceptance, and we reserve the right at any time to refuse to accept an order without any liability towards you or any third parties in case of the following:
- The product is sold out or no longer available.
- Your payment is declined.
- Information about the product contains an obvious error, i.a. an incorrect price or description.
- The order cannot be processed due to technical problems.
If your order is not accepted, we reserve the right to cancel it without incurring any liability towards you or any third party. Upon cancellation of your order, you will be reimbursed as described in the section on “Refund”.
The e-mail you receive with order confirmation and information such as order number, price and place of delivery, is not an accept of your order. You order is not accepted until you receive an e-mail from us confirming that the product has been dispatched from our stock, or when you receive confirmation that the product is ready to be collected.
RECEIPT
When the order is dispatched from F.C. København, a receipt will be sent to your e-mail and/or enclosed with the products. The receipt serves as certificate of purchase of the product.
The certificate of purchase will also be accessible on your account on FCKFanshop.dk, if you were logged in when you made the purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: the receipt will be in Danish.
CANECELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched by contacting F.C. København, sending an e-mail to shop@fckfanshop.dk.
PAYMENT
FCKFanshop.dk accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and MobilePay. The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the product has been dispatched. All amounts are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and direct and indirect taxes. Reservations are made for incorrectly quoted prices and sold-out items or items no longer available.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time depends on the products you have ordered. An ordinary order will normally be delivered within 1-2 business days. If you order more than one product, we will normally send all items together. You will only pay for freight once, regardless of the number of items you may purchase.
In some cases, delivery time might be longer, typically in connection with items on back order. If you have ordered an item, which is back ordered, you will be contacted by email or telephone.
Remember to check the delivery time before you place your order.
In connection with delivery abroad, longer processing time must be expected and delivery might take 7-14 days.
FREIGHT AND DELIVERY COSTS
F.C. København delivers thoughout all of Denmark and abroad. Delivery costs are paid by you as customer. You will always receive an overview of total costs of delivery, when you order products on FCKFanshop.dk. The products are delivered to the address you provide when placing the order.
PLEASE NOTE: If there is not enough room at the chosen delivery point, the package will be taken to the nearest delivery point. Should any difficulties occur, please contact customer service.
Special terms of delivery apply in relation to certain products. These special terms of delivery will be specifically stated prior to purchase of these products.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN
You have a right to cancel purchase of products from FCKFanshop.dk within 14 days. However, please note that some products are exempt from the right to cancel - please see below for additional information.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using our digital withdrawal function “Cancel purchase”, which you can find in the footer on FCKFanshop.dk: FCK Fanshop | Returns
Once you have completed the function and clicked “Confirm withdrawal”, you will immediately receive a receipt by e-mail. The receipt will contain information about the content of your withdrawal as well as the date and time of receipt.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase to: shopfckfanshop.dk.
Finally, you may choose to use the standard withdrawal form, which can be found here in appendix 1.
The right to cancel is calculated from the day you receive your order.
Should you wish to return a product in one of our physical stores, you must present a receipt for the purchase. The product must be returned in the same state as when purchased, and all price tags etc. must still be on the product.
If you wish to return a product, this can easily be done by using our return portal. There will be a return fee shown in the portal. The product must be returned in the same state as when purchased, and all price tags etc. must still be on the product.
You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing to receive the product without at the same time informing clearly of your wish to return the product. This means that F.C. København is under no obligation to refund you until F.C. København has received your statement of cancellation. This applies even if an uncollected product has been automatically returned. F.C. København does not receive packages cash on delivery.
Expected processing time is 5-7 days. Subsequently, it might be up to five (5) business days before you can see the refund on your account.
ABNORMAL PURCHASING AND RETURN BEHAVIOUR
You are always entitled to exercise your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal. This provision does not limit your right to return products in accordance with applicable law.
However, F.C. Copenhagen reserves the right, following an individual assessment, to reject future orders or restrict access to shopping on FCKFanshop.dk in cases of abnormal or abusive purchasing and return behaviour.
In making such assessment, factors that may be taken into consideration include:
• An unusually high number of returns over an extended period
• Purchases and returns of products in large quantities or of high value
• Repeated uncollected deliveries
• Other conduct which, following a specific assessment, indicates misuse of the webshop or purchases made without a genuine intention of keeping the products
Any such restrictions will not affect completed purchases or your rights.
You are always welcome to contact customer service if you believe that an assessment has been made on an incorrect basis.
PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
The following types of products are not covered by the right to cancel:
- Products made following the consumer’s specifications or products, which have been provided with a significant personal mark, including player jerseys with printed name and number or autograph etc.
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection reasons or hygiene reasons, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
THE STATE OF PRODUCT UPON RETURN
You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the product which is due to other handling of the product than what is necessary in order to establish the nature of the product, its qualities and the way in which it functions. Therefore, you will normally be liable for stains, smell of smoke or sweat, scratches or lack of packaging, which is due to other handling than what is necessary in order to establish the nature of the product, its qualities and the way in which it functions. In other words, you may handle the product in the exact same way as you would in a physical store.
If the product is handled in another way than what is necessary in order to establish the nature of the product, its qualities and the way in which it functions, the product is considered as having been used, and you are liable for any deterioration. This means that when withdrawing from the purchase, you will only receive some of the purchase amount in return or nothing at all. The refund depends on the commercial value of the product at the time of receipt of the returned product.
You are under a general obligation to handle and inspect the product with due care. Therefore, you are liable for any deterioration caused by your negligence or lack of care.
REFUND
Repayment will be made to the payment card used in connection with the purchase. Please note that it may take up to five (5) business days from F.C. København having received and handled the refund before the funds are available on your account.
When exercising the right to cancel, all payments from you are refunded, including delivery costs, however, not any additional costs as a consequence of you having chosen another delivery form than the cheapest offered by F.C. København. You must pay all costs related to return of the product in case of complete withdrawal from the purchase, and these costs are not refunded.
In case of partial withdrawal from the purchase, delivery costs are not refunded.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
In pursuance of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a right of complaint of two (2) years is granted. Your complaint must be filed within a reasonable time after having discovered the defect. You can chose between repair, replacement, proportionate price reduction or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the situation in question.
The right of complaint does not apply to damage or the like occurred in consequence of incorrect handling of the product etc.
F.C. København covers costs of return in connection with complaint, to a reasonable extent.
Products returned following the right of complaint must be returned through F.C. København’s return portal or be handed in at F.C. København’s physical store. You must be able to present a receipt as documentation of your purchase.
FCKFANSHOP.DK GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchased on FCKFanshop.dk can be used at FCKFanshop.dk or in the store on Øster Allé 56. The gift voucher cannot be used for tickets, season cards or other products offered on billet.fck.dk.
Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the purchase date. The expiry date is stated on the voucher.
If you would like the gift voucher refunded, please send an e-mail to shop@fckfanshop.dk or contact the store.
Return of gift vouchers: If the electronic gift voucher is still of complete value, you can receive the refund for the voucher by paying a fee of DKK 40. Repayment can be made during the entire validity period and for up to one year after expiry of the gift voucher.
SPECIAL TERMS OF TOURS
For tours at Parken, the following applies:
- Reservations are made for the possibility of FCK having to cancel tours, both with short notice and upon arrival. This may be due to few participants, sickness, changes in the match programme or other events in Parken etc. If a tour is cancelled, the payment will be refunded and will automatically be returned to the payment card or the account used in connection with the purchase.
- Reservations are made for the possibility that there may be closed for visitors’ access to some areas of Parken and the tour may therefore vary.
- There is no right of cancellation for tours, and therefore tickets are not refunded in case of late arrival.
- Parken’s rules and regulations apply for tours and any violation hereof can involve penalties [Link til Parkens ordensreglement].
FORCE MAJEURE
F.C. København is not responsible for any delays or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms, if such delay or non-performance is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
When you shop at FCKFanshop.dk, you also accept the terms of F.C. København’s storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

OTHER TERMS
Changes to customers’ personal data on FCKFanshop.dk, including name, address, e-mail, telephone number etc. must be updated straight away through your account on FCKFanshop.dk or by emailing shop@fckfanshop.dk.
You are responsible for ensuring that you log-on details to your personal account are not passed on to a third party.
Any complaints should be sent to shop@fckfanshop.dk.
A complaint about a product or service purchased from F.C. København can be filed with The Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used for filing a complaint. This might be relevant especially if you are a consumer resident in another EU country. Complaint to be filed here: Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission.

ASSIGNMENT
F.C. København is entitled to assign rights and obligations under agreement concluded with you to a third party. The assignment is based on the condition that the level of service is not lowered. F.C. København will inform you of any assignment. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to any future assignment. At the same time, you accept that from the point in time when F.C. København has informed you of the assignment, your rights can only be asserted towards the third party in question.
GOVERNING LAW
All purchases covered by these terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, however, not CISG (the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods).
Any disputes which cannot be settled amicably shall be settled by the Danish courts, unless the complaints options above apply.
