The city's team has, together with the city's distillery, Copenhagen Distillery, made Byens Gin as a tribute to the city and everything that comes with it.

We have been exploring and found something that is very special for our city. The big and the very small things. The rhythm of the city, the meeting between people and the small cracks of insistent nature that shoot up between the cobblestones.

Bydens Gin is produced like a London Dry Gin, but has its very own taste. In addition to the essential juniper, the team is set with bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, quail and allspice. The taste is rounded off with clover flower and dandelion - of course without the yellow flower head.

Copenhagen Distillery is based in Kløvermarken, where Byens Gin - specially developed for this collaboration - is produced from scratch by their Master Distiller. Each bottle is unique and numbered by the skilled people from the award-winning Copenhagen distillery.
