What is FCK Fanshop?

FCK Fanshop is the official merchandise store of F.C. Copenhagen. Here you'll find the complete range of FCK merchandise – from player jerseys and training kits to accessories and souvenirs. Every purchase directly supports the club.

 

What does FCK Fanshop sell?

We sell the full range of F.C. Copenhagen merchandise, including home, away and third kits, training wear, jackets, beanies, scarves, bags, jewellery, children's clothing, babywear, homeware and much more. You'll also find exclusive FCK merchandise from partners such as Adidas and Les Deux.

 

Where is FCK Fanshop located?

FCK Fanshop is located at Øster Allé 56, 2100 Copenhagen Ø – right next to Parken Stadium. We are open Monday to Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–4pm and Sunday 11am–4pm.

 

Does FCK Fanshop ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to a wide range of countries. At checkout you can select your country and see the current shipping rates. We offer delivery to the UK, Germany and the rest of Europe, among others.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over DKK 850 within Denmark. Orders below this amount are subject to a shipping fee. We ship with GLS and deliver within 3–7 business days.

 

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, we offer Click & Collect. You can choose to pick up your order at FCK Fanshop at Øster Allé 56 instead of having it delivered. See current opening hours on our website.

 

Is FCK Fanshop the official FCK store?

Yes. FCK Fanshop is the only official merchandise store for F.C. Copenhagen. This is where you'll find the complete and exclusive range that cannot be purchased anywhere else. Your purchase goes directly towards supporting the club.

 

What is the season ticket holder discount?

As a season ticket holder or subscriber with F.C. Copenhagen, you receive a 10% discount at FCK Fanshop. Log in to the webshop with your FCK Profile and enter the code FCK10 or SÆSONKORT in the discount code field. The discount does not apply to gift cards or already reduced items. If you don't have an FCK Profile yet, create one at profil.fck.dk.

 

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item from us, this can either be done in our physical store on Øster Allé or by sending the item back to us. via our return portal. . Please note that products with additional printing cannot be returned. You can find more information about this here: fckfanshop.dk/pages/retur.

 

Is it free to return?

You have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive your package. For danish orders, we charge a fee of DKK 45 for using our returns portal, which is automatically deducted from the refunded amount. International return labels will be calculated in the return portal. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, and all price tags etc. must still be on the item. Can I cancel a purchase online?

In accordance with EU consumer rights legislation, we are required to make it easy for you to cancel a purchase. The "Cancel purchase" button at the bottom of the page gives you direct access to cancel an order you have just placed – without having to contact customer service. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. The right does not apply to personalised products with added printing, as these are made specifically for you.
