How do I get a 10% discount as a season ticket holder/subscriber?

You must be logged in to our webshop with your FCK Profile. If you have not yet created one, you must first do so at profil.fck.dk. When you are logged in with your FCK Profile and enter the code FCK10 or SÆSONKORT in the discount code field, you will receive a 10% discount. Please note that the discount does not apply to gift cards and already discounted items.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item from us, this can either be done in our physical store on Øster Allé or by sending the item back to us. via our return portal. . Please note that products with additional printing cannot be returned. You can find more information about this here: fckfanshop.dk/pages/retur.

Is it free to return?

You have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive your package. We charge a fee of DKK 45 for using our returns portal, which is automatically deducted from the refunded amount. The item must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, and all price tags etc. must still be on the item. Read more in our terms and conditions here.
