FCK Fanshop is F.C. Copenhagen's official merchandise store. Here you'll find the complete range of FCK merchandise – from player jerseys and training kits to accessories and souvenirs. When you shop with us, you're directly supporting the club at the same time.

We sell the full range of F.C. Copenhagen merchandise, including home, away and third jerseys, training wear, jackets, beanies, scarves, bags, jewelry, kids' clothing, baby clothing, home items and much more. You'll also find exclusive FCK merchandise from partners such as Adidas and Les Deux.

FCK Fanshop is located at Øster Allé 56, 2100 Copenhagen Ø – right next to Parken. We're open Monday to Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–4pm, and Sunday 11am–4pm.

For international orders, we ship with DHL and UPS. For danish orders, we ship with GLS, typically delivering within 1–3 business days, though delivery times of up to 7 days may occur during peak periods. This will always be clearly stated on the site.

Yes, we ship to a wide range of countries both within and outside Europe. At checkout you can select your country and see the current shipping rates. We offer delivery to, among others, the UK, Germany, the USA, Mexico and many more.

We offer free delivery on orders over 850 DKK to Denmark. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee is charged depending on the shipping country. See the different prices in checkout when adding your information.

Yes, we offer Click & Collect. You can choose to pick up your order at FCK Fanshop at Øster Allé 56 instead of having it delivered. See current opening hours on our website.

If you wish to return an item, you can do so either in our physical store at Øster Allé or by sending the item back to us via our return portal. Please note that products with an added print cannot be returned. You can find more information about this here: fckfanshop.dk/pages/retur.

You have a 14-day right of return from the day you receive your parcel. Returning items in store is free, but we charge a fee of 45 DKK for using our return portal, which is automatically deducted from the refunded amount. The item must be returned in the same condition as at purchase, and all price tags etc. must still be attached. Read more in our terms of trade here.

If your item has a defect or is broken, you can file a complaint via our return portal by clicking here.

In accordance with Danish consumer purchase law, we offer repair or replacement of the product in question. You have a two-year right to complain. This applies upon presentation of your order confirmation or receipt of purchase, as well as photos as documentation for the complaint.

In accordance with EU consumer rights, we are required to make it easy for you to cancel a purchase. The "Cancel purchase" button at the bottom of the page gives you direct access to cancel an order you've just placed – without having to contact customer service. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. This right does not apply to products with an added print, as these are made specifically for you.

You need to be logged into our webshop with your FCK Profile. If you don't have one yet, you must first create it at profil.fck.dk. Once logged in with your FCK Profile and entering the code FCK10 or SÆSONKORT in the discount code field, you'll receive the 10% discount. Please note that the discount does not apply to gift cards or already discounted items.

You can either bring it to the store as a means of payment, or use it as payment online by entering your gift card code in checkout under discount codes/gift cards.

Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
