THE LION. FC Copenhagen's symbol since 1992. When B1903 and KB established FC Copenhagen, the lion was chosen to symbolize courage and strength, just as the lion is part of Copenhagen's city coat of arms and Denmark's national coat of arms. Right from the start, the lion's head has been an eye-catching part of our logo, just as the lion mascot Leo has followed the club through thick and thin. The lion has thus been very important to us and has been a central part of our visual identity.
